Due to a scheduled computer software upgrade and maintenance, members will be unable to access billing information or make payments online, on the mobile app, through the automated phone system, or from JOEMC’s remote kiosks on Friday, December 4, starting at 5:00 pm, through Sunday, December 6, at 7:00 am. In addition, JOEMC Customer Service Representatives will not be able to access any member account information or accept payments during this time. We apologize for this necessary inconvenience.
