Paula Redick grew up in Onslow County and graduated from Jacksonville High School in 1980. After attending the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and receiving her Bachelor of Science in Accounting, she returned to Onslow County and began her career at Jones-Onslow EMC in 1987. She currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Community and Public Relations.

If you, yourself, are an active volunteer in our community, you’ve probably seen Paula once or twice…she’s been a volunteer for many years serving on several local non-profit boards.

Paula has been a member of the Onslow Women’s Center (OWC) board for 27 years. She has served in various leadership roles for OWC including serving as chairman. She serves on the Dancing with the Stars Committee, which is one of the largest fundraisers in Onslow County. Paula also serves on the United Way Board of Directors serving as chairman from 2016- 2019. She volunteers with many of their initiatives, from their Vine and Dine Event, the Community Investment Committee, and currently serves as the Treasurer. In 2016, she received the Board Member Honorable Achievement Award and in 2018 she received the President’s Choice Award for her service to the organization.

An active member of the Jacksonville Rotary Club since 2001, Paula served as President of the organization from 2015-2016. She volunteers and donates her time to many of the Clubs activities and truly exemplifies the Rotary Motto “Service-Above-Self”. Paula also is involved with the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce and serves on their Work Force Development Committee. She is a past Jacksonville-Onslow Chamber of Commerce “Women of the Year”.
