Power of Community: Charles Kay

We are proud to feature Charles Kay and the work he does for so many Onslow County citizens.  Many know Charles from his work at his family-owned business, Excel Body Works, but he also has another passion; VOLUNTEERING.  Kay is a proud member of the Onslow County Kiwanis Club, and this month JOEMC ran into him as his club volunteered with the Salvation Army.  Charles is truly on a mission to make our community a better one for all citizens.
