While social media is an excellent way to keep up with outages, we encourage members not to use Facebook, Instagram or Twitter to report an outage. The cooperative’s social media channels are not tied into our outage management system.

With our outage text alert program, we’ve made it easy to report an outage and then stay connected and informed about the status of power restoration (using text messaging we can quickly and easily communicate with you).
