Scheduled Computer Software Maintenance

Due to scheduled computer software maintenance, members will be unable to access billing information or make payments online, through the automated system or from JOEMC’s remote kiosks on Thursday, July 12, from 7:00pm to 11:00pm.  JOEMC Customer Service Representatives will also be unable to access any member account information or accept payments during this time. We apologize for this necessary inconvenience.
