With our online bill payment service you can save time, gas, and stamps by visiting our website to pay your electric bill. This is a simple, fast, and accurate service that enables you to pay your bill with a Visa or Mastercard just about anytime, anywhere you have access to the Internet. You can also view the current balance on your electric account, as well as, review electric use for the past 12 months. When you make a payment online, using our service, a confirmation of your payment is given and it immediately updates the amount owed on the View Your Current Balance screen.

Bank Draft

The Bank Draft Payment Plan can eliminate the hassle of writing a check each month. You can arrange to have the payment deducted from your bank checking account, your debit card or credit card electronically.

Complete the attached form and return to JOEMC.

Face to Face

Both locations offer the convenience of paying your bill at the cashier counter or the drive-thru window.

You may mail your bill to the following address: 259 Western Boulevard, Jacksonville, NC 28546.

Credit Cards

You can pay your electric bill with Visa or MasterCard. You can stop by the office or call and pay your bill over the phone. Credit card payments are not accepted at the drive-thru window.

Night Drop

For your convenience, there are night deposit boxes located at both Jones-Onslow EMC offices. Payments put in the night drop after normal business hours are typically posted to your account on the next business day. Payments dropped in the night drop during normal working hours are normally posted to your account on the same day.
