Top Reliability. Our members experience minimum outage time. We are especially sensitive to commercial and industrial needs for high quality electric power.

Operations Center. We never close. Our operations center is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Local Offices. Instead of getting workers and equipment from another part of the state, Jones-Onslow EMC has two offices strategically located in our service area. This means quicker response since our employees are always nearby.

Competitive Pricing. Jones-Onslow's rates are very competitive and we are committed to keeping our rates as low as possible without compromising the quality customer service that we provide.

Personalized Service. Jones-Onslow has account representatives dedicated to serving you. These representatives will be personal contacts for commercial accounts, allowing the customer to have one employee handling their energy needs. More importantly, the representatives will serve as a liaison between the customer and Jones-Onslow, ensuring the customer's needs are met.


Prime Power

Being a business ourself, we understand that your company has different energy needs and concerns than those of our residential customers. We can provide assistance and guidance to meet these special needs. Jones-Onslow's Prime Power Program can assist you in areas such as:
• Site planning, including lists of available sites and buildings
• Outdoor lighting design and installation
• Energy audits
• Power quality consultation
• Customer metering
• Monthly computerized printouts of daily usage patterns
• Consulting on Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems
These services, just like the residential ones we offer, are provided free of charge!
