Jones-Onslow's Board of Directors are elected by the customers of the cooperative and are entrusted to establish policies and procedures. Board Officers are Chairman, Hugh Batts, Vice Chairman, Horace Phillips, and Secretary/Treasurer, Thomas Waller.
Directors are elected to three year terms and are comprised of representatives from three districts.
District One are those areas served in Pender, Onslow, Jones and Craven counties which lie on the eastern side of Highway 17. Directors representing District One are Hugh Batts (Chairman), Cecil Hargett, Douglas Parker and Dale Powell.
District Two are those areas served in Duplin County and in Pender and Onslow counties on the western side of U.S. Highway 17. Directors representing District Two are Iris Horne, John Pierce and Mack Whitney III.
District Three are those areas served in Lenoir County and in Jones and Craven counties on the western side of U.S. Highway 17. Directors representing District Three are Horace Phillips (Vice Chairman), Thomas Waller (Secretary/Treasurer) and Clifton Taylor.
