A Jones-Onslow EMC Board of Director and the cooperative’s Chief Executive Officer, with a combined 60 years of experience, were recognized in March for their contributions and years of service. Director Douglas Parker of Hubert was recognized for his 25 years of service and CEO Ron McElheney was recognized for his 35 years of service. The commendable service awards were presented at North Carolina’s Association of Electric Cooperatives’ (NCAEC) annual meeting in Raleigh. NCAEC is the trade association for the 27 electric cooperatives in North Carolina, including Jones-Onslow. |
